Article:Auto Salon Magazine (Australia): Turbo Exige '04
Issue 56 (May 07) Auto Salon magazine featured a 7-page spread of a beautiful orange Garrett turbo'ed and well built Exige by Southern Motor Works Dyno Centre and Engine Development. They (SMW) did the custom pistons, con rods, crank shaft, valve springs, ported head, intercooler, intake, oil pump, sump & modded differential. They also produced the CF intake vents and windscreen valance and 305mm cross drilled front rotors.
* Custom Garrett turbo, Acusump MoTec M400 EMS. * Ohlins coil springs, front sway bar * there are a bunch of other mods - it looks buff! Southern Motor Works - Wollongong, NSW, Aust Ph 4256 6429 Auto Salon magazine - autosalon.org Also more photos of this very car are located in the Exige photos section of LT. EDIT: I just noticed that this is the same Exige that is featured in Ignition DVD Edition 022 (DVD is also out of Australia) www.ignitiondvd.com - A video clip of their review is on this thread: Turbo Exige review by Ignition DVD

Lucky you, I'm jealous! Take some pictures of this beast and post 'em. I didn't wanna violate copyright law by scanning their article hence I provided their website instead. It looks pretty impressive but they didn't include any dyno graphs or anything. If only I could get to the land Down Under....and land of some buff cars. Airfare is always so darn expensive though!
