Lotus Article in "0-60" magazine
The magazine should be hitting newsstands about now. I helped produce and photographed the piece which is featuring Serebo1's Elise, my Elan, GMendoza's Esprit V8, an 84 Esprit Turbo owned by Ron Shramm (not sure if he is on here), and an Exige S supplied by Lotus
There is also a photo essay from Hethel's 40th anniversary, a short on an turbo Nissan powered 7, as well as an interview with Peter Stevens. You should be able to find it at Barnes and Noble or similar newsstands www.0-60mag.com ![]() ![]()

Nice shots, i do find it a tad ironic you're doing a piece for 0-60 though

I guess the real irony is that 0-60 mag does not do any performance testing. Why they named it that, I don't know
![]() I have not seen the issue yet

If anyone is interested, Ron did a behind the scenes write up over at the local OC Lotus club forum
I'll post up some more photos when the magazine has been out for a bit

I'll see if I can pick it up... I always love to see awesome photos of Lotuses
Is this the first time Serebo1's Elise has been featured in a magazine? If so, all I can say is, "It's about time!" |

0-60 is the worst and least useful performance stat in the industry. And it's the first one anybody talks about. Not happy to see this magazine's name.

Hey, you're assuming they're talking about timing a '0-60'. For all you know, they just like going from 0-60 or something. No, really, I doubt I'm right.
I had a hard time telling which was the Elise at first because of the wing on the Elise, but I finally noticed there's no hood scoop on the hard top. Beautiful pic. What does the magazine write about? Not for this article, but in general?
