Lease Takeover of '07 ST Lotus Elise (GVA)

I am letting go of my Elise , let me know if anyone is interested. There are only 14,1XX km's on her and never tracked. Has almost every option on her except the sports pack and there are also a few upgrades I have made. Lease is up in July 2010 and the buyout is $34.5k + the deferred taxes on the $20k down payment I made. Payments are only $830.54 a month after taxes. All I am asking for her is that you pay for the lease transfer fee which is $695 through Transportaction.
