So where is a good spot in the LA area I can put my car on a dyno and get some a/f readings? The closer to the west end the better.

Plenty of dyno's in LA that can do A/F. Just a matter of what kind of dyno you want to go on: Mustang, Dynapack, Dyno Dynamics, DynoJet, etc...
