SKYVUE

NICE CANYON DRIVE IN SO. CALIFORNIA
Beautiful, warm summer day, not a cloud in the sky.
5 Elises and one Exige S drove the challeging roads of Santa Monica Mountains. Kanan, Muholland, Stunt, Tuna, PCH and Latigo Canyon! We drove at our own pace. No incidents. Just sharing the thrill of Lotus driving! We even spotted a yellow Elise, Ariel Atom and an ORANGE Caterham (Mopho?) at the Outlook on Mulholland. Great roads, superb cars and wonderful friends. Even the breakfast and lunch was fun! An Esprit owner joined us for breakfast. Rachel: you did NOT slow me down on Latigo. I thought you drove a perfect pace!  Actually, it was difficult at sometimes to catch you. Thanks to Ara, Rachel, Kerri, Mark, James and Terry for joining the Gang  and making the morning memorable! Pics? Yeah!--Hal

I thought this is the proper way to drive the canyons @ 190MPH...

It was nice meeting you guys. Next time I'll definately join you guys on the drive. Anyways I'll be at Supercar Sunday in Calabasas next Sunday the 17th with my friend in a Porsche GT3 so stop by and say hi if you see me.

hal. that was really fun! thanks for organizing another great drive.
too bad i didnt get any pics of the 17 ny'ers packed into their van who tried to carve the canyons with us! hope that video gets on youtube. |
