Where to take car for service?

I recently hired someone new in our office, Pakko, and lo and behold...he drives an Elise! It's a metallic black one, stock touring, virgin car untouched with any mods, not even a cupholder lol.

He's never heard of Lotustalk, or Elisetalk, or More Monkey - he's like many Lotus drivers out there, he just liked the car and bought it without inheriting the community (for better or for worse). He used to go to Beverly Hills but doesn't anymore (did they close?) so asked me where to take his car for maintenance and warranty work.

This stuff changes all the time I have no clue where to send him. I have DRS do everything for my car but they aren't a dealer and my car wouldn't be covered under anything anyways lol. So, where do I point him to?

Qais is still working on our cars which is awesome but I didn't know if he covers warranty work as well -

Peter, depending on where he lives, for warranty work, he still has:

-Silver Star in Thousand Oaks-Ritchie is great!
-Newport Beach-Lea is definitely a reason to go
-Galpin? Should have an answer in the next couple of days

Stephan from Lotus Beverly Hills now at Mulholland Motorsports (DentWerks) in L.A.

Stephan was the lead tech @ Lotus Beverly Hills before its demise. He is currently working/managing Mulholland Motorsports in LA. The shop is the newly founded sister company to Dent Werks. He knows the cars front to back and can handle just about any work you might need.

Non-warranty, although you can always try your extended warranty. If you have one.

And they can get a rental car for you quickly and easily.

Julio is there too...always has a ton of Lotus in for work...and a perfect PAINT job.

Qais can work with an "extended" warranty. Stil the best of the best and my friend.

Near Rosecrans and the 405.

Hello everyone--

I now join this fine Lotus community of Lotus. Great stuff I have found here, and many thanks to Kaz for all the great advice. I'm currently doing many changes to my Lotus -- no more virgin status!
