Slaughtr- Thanks for the heads up, I'll check them out- I'm still on the fence between SC and TC. I'll probably end up going turbo as you can get more torque out of it. Time will tell though...

After 20 days with the Lotus I am convinced that Steve Urkel could get as much action from the ladies as he could handle with this car.

This weekend I was driving through Twin Falls and stopped to fill up my tank on my way to Jackpot and I had a beautiful girl walk up and tell me she is in love with my car so after talking with her I gave her a ride for a couple blocks. She loved the car even more after riding in it. I had to continue on my way back but she gave me her phone number and said to stop by and see her on my next trip through Twin Falls. Don't know if I would take her up on it but that just goes to show the power of the Lotus!

Local Autocross this weekend at the Fairgrounds. I won't be there Saturday, but I will be there Sunday. If any of you new Lotus owners want to check it out come on by.

oh yeah- it's Oktoberfast... there's also a Porsche show in front of Chandlers on Sunday from 12-4 IIRC.
And for those of you who want to look at the Nissan GTR, not drive it, not touch it, not even smell it- Nissan in Nampa has one. The only person that has the key Grant Peterson. You are not allowed to even fart in the general direction of the car.
I, for one, think it's just a 60k car and not a damnd Zonda F like they seem to think it is.

Ronnie, you gonna be there with the lotus or the rossion? I will probably try to swing by Sunday and check it out, the wife had a ton of fun last time, so she'll probably want to go again.

I will have the Lotus. Charlie X came up from Vegas and tuned the car, so it's finally running. And passed emissions, no less!!

Thanks! Will do. Went camping in the sawtooths last August and on the way back to Boise saw a ST or GG Elise. My fiance said, I wish we could have brought the Elise up. I really like ID, and would move there but fiance doesn't like the winter months so much.

If it is ok Slaughtr, I would like to come by on Sunday with my Lotus to see how a professional handles the car. I know I can't drive, but I will probably sign up for future Autocross' and start paying dues.

Sounds great. If you want to drive your Lotus, be there by 8:30 at the latest. If you want a ride, show up sometime and I'll get you a ride. I may not be driving exactly when you show up, though.

Heard a rumour that Lyle Person's is selling Lotus now- Have not been down to confirm. Will report back on truth or poop hopefully soon- unless someone else does first.
