Arrow Lotus of Portland Lapping Day: Monday, 10/12, at PIR (no instruction)

The guys at Lotus of Portland/Motocorsa are doing another combined bike-car event on Monday, 12 October. Registration is very light, so this is your chance to get in some good laps on an open track. They'll be running only three groups (two bikes, one car), rotating throughout the day.

There will be no novice group and no instruction offered, so you're not a qualified intermediate level or higher driver, pls. do not register.

Note that I have no personal stake on the event -- so pls. field any questions to Motorcorsa/LOP directly -- but the price for the event is $175 for those drivers who register by close of business on Friday. Afterwards, the fee jumps to $199.

To register, call Motocorsa at (503) 292-7488. Anyone can take your registration information. If you have any specific questions, direct them to Jason at the same number.

I may come out for the morning, during which time I might be persuaded to take some folks for ride-alongs, but I do not plan on doing any coaching, unless it's on a paid basis.

All the best,
Christopher (Evil Twin)

Darn, I'd so be out there if there wasn't the Atlantic ocean between me and PIR
The mixed bike/car Motocorsa event last year was one of the best track days I had so far. More track time than any other track day I did...

You guys missed what may prove to be the last GOOD track day at PIR this season. Gorgeous weather. All of 8 cars in the group. Everyone played well. What more could you ask?
