A burgandy red elise drove by me on my way into work a week or so ago. Saw it again the other day in passing

Also parked next to a blue elise in MS Building 86 a couple of weeks ago, but never saw the owner!

I was the one parked next to the black aston dbs

Is there going to be a Lotus meet any time soon? Would be nice to get to know the locals as I just picked up my car recently. Perhaps you guys can teach me some Yoga moves so I dont have to look like a clown getting in and out of my car.

I try to organize a few every now and then. I will make a thread to gauge interest. I have Sunday off so maybe we can shoot for then.

I am only 5'7 5'8 on a good day. I just go one leg at a time and just slide in and out.

edit. nevermind 50% chance of rain on sunday...

You get used to it after a while. I'm about 6'2" and I get in and out pretty easily now and that's with the hard top on! With the soft top or no top it's even easier.

Spotted a whole bunch at Park Place's free BBQ and car wash today. Even got to meet the other 72D owner. Who, while friendly, started the conversation with "I'm supposed to be the only 72D in the North West, where are you from?" To which I replied "England, but the car I picked up in Nevada". =)

Speaking of Park Place, anyone headed to the track on Tuesday for their track day?

I drove by a couple to times this morning, but didn't see anyone I knew. Was in an audi full of kids, on way to get donuts. Have a mothers day brunch for the extended family at my place today. I might make it by later but seems unlikely. There were about 4 Porsche and no lotus there just before 10am.

you must have seen me around 1015 ish because as soon as I got to Whole Foods I put the top on. The weather change was crazy. It was sunny and nice around Tacoma and then bleek and nasty up in Bellevue.
