Tire (tires) Installation in the Northwest

I plan on ordering online and having them shipped to a local shop.

Close to Kitsap county or Kent would be nice.

After searching I've seen http://www.ftlperformance.com/ recommended for about ~$60 for installation but they are in kirkland.

I also know that the discount tire in bellevue and renton are capable but I don't think they'd let me ship the tires to their shop and they are not matching the price I can get online.

Thanks.
Gary

Maybe. I have been quoted a range of prices @ the Discount Tire I frequent -- from $60 to $140 for 4 dismounts & mounts. You can easily be overcharged.

How pissed off do you think I'd get if some high school dropout put a gouge in my Lotus specific OZ Novas and claimed that --"the machine did it"?

I'll pay extra for the piece of mind.

When I took my elise to discount tires they had no idea how to even lift the car. I had to get down on the ground and help them.

A guy in the Lynnwood Discount Tire was a transplant from a Bellevue location. He's done many Loti's before and was able to change my tires out with no issue. Lucked out I guess.

Don't be so quick to run off to your nearest Les Schwab. I took a tire on wheel to them to fix a flat and they knocked a dime-sized chunk out of my 'touring' wheel finish. I'd rather they do the job well rather than run out to serve you and run to give your damaged equipment back to you gratis. Pisses me off royal every time I see the chunk out of my wheel and I will NEVER stop badmouthing them. I'd pay big $ next time to a legit specialty shop to do it right. Lesson learned.
