Anyone in the Denver area will to look at a car?

I'm considering buying a car from a Denver dealership (I'm in SoCal) but would love an experienced, objective 3rd party opinion. Anyone able to make it out in the weather and look over an exige for a (hopefully) soon to be owner? You can post here or email me at intofx@aol.com. Let me know what it might "take" to get someone out first of next week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) for an inspection.

Thanks,

Matt

Only have 1 Dealer in Denver and that is Denver Ferrari. They to my knowledge have only one remaining Exige 06 that is new which is Aubergine / black. What Dealer are you considering? Have seen the Aubergine car a number of time's! Denver Ferrari is very good Dealership with good credential. I unfortunately wil not be in Denver until the week of the 8th.

I have an Elise at the Ferrari of Denver dealership that I would love for someone to look at. So perhaps we can kill two birds with one stone? Any takers?

I'm happy to help, but I do not get along with the sales folks at Ferrari of Denver. So, if the car you need looked at is somewhere else, I'll go take a look (photos & videos) for you.

Is the Elise currently under 10 feet of snow?

Which one of their cars are you looking at? I went and drove the Storm/red interior elise. I can take a look at something else if you would like.

Oops, just realized you said it was not at Ferrari of Denver. Let me know if I can help.

I've had one offer on this site to go look at the car but have not heard back in person yet to see if he has the time to check it out for me. If that doesn't work out I'll let you know as I definately want to buy a car early this week. How bad are the roads in CO? BTW, thanks for the offers, guys - I hope to be one of the club very soon!

Roads are still very, very, very bad. Even most of the off-ramps of the major interstates (25, 70, and 76 in Denver) still have a lot of ice.

I doubt anyone in their right mind would let that car go out for a test drive for another 2-3 weeks when the snow melts.. Plus, we're supposed to get another storm on Thursday...

If you still need someone to go look at the car, I can do it, too.... PM me.

I was afraid that might be the case. I wouldn't expect that a test drive would be possible. I just need someone knowledgeable with these car to check for damage and overall condition.

Matt,

If the next storm doesn't completely bury us, I'd be happy to lend an eye, too, if you need. You may have to wait until we dig out, though. Ah, the joys of the Rocky Mountains!

I didn't drive the car, but I did sit in it. :-)

This was back in November before I headed up to Vail. It's an absolute beauty.

Well, let's clarify your comment...you have a problem with one particular sales person at FoD and it's not me
If it weren't a conflict of interest I would most certainly take a look at the car for you...sorry.
