Denver Area Dyno Day

tempaccount recently finished his BWR installation. I have a BWR as well. We were looking to go down and do some dyno pulls to see the results (hp, torque, afr and boost). Anyone interested in joining some upcoming saturday? It would be $50 a car if we have 4 or more. So far, we have 2 (me and tempaccount).

I could provide a totally stock '05 for a baseline. It would be interesting to see where the rwhp is after 3 and 1/2 years.

The dyno is in Boulder at Super Rupair. It’s an AWD Dyno Dynamics dyno which generally read lower then others like the Dynojet.

If we can get at least 4 cars for $50 they will do 3 runs and log Air Fuel / Boost (if applicable) / HP / Torque and provide printouts. They are not usually open on Saturdays but will schedule something on Saturday if we get the requisite 4 cars.

Personally I’d love to see a 2005 NA car for baseline numbers, but the more (or at least 2 more) the merrier.

I'm very interested; however, weather will determine if I can go.

I'd go, but tires are down to cords and new ones haven't come in yet. That and I know what my 06 dynos at. If you want to see those numbers I can scan them.

Would that work for peoples schedules?

If it looks like the weather will be questionable I will make a decision Friday morning if we will need to cancel. I’ve personally paid a deposit to the shop so if you commit to showing up please do so.

Some things to check BEFORE you show up to ensure you get to run and achieve an accurate reading:
Oil level is full
Tires properly inflated
Rims straight and tires in good shape without any nails, bubbles, or cords showing
CV joints in good condition
Clean air filter
Good operating clutch

The location is
Super Rupair Inc.
1309 Yarmouth Ave
Boulder, Colorado 80304
phone: 303-442-6508

I've also included a copy of their standard release.

I wish I could make it as we are holding a detail clinic for a car club at my detail shop. We did have a big group at that place a few months ago. Enjoy...

Few shot my friend took.

Thanks for coming out guys. I appreciate you all checking out our Dyno Dynamics and hope you had as much fun as I did.

Here are the photos I took today as well as the dyno sheets. I present the best pull for each car in the order served.

All sheets are corrected to the 1.28 multiplier which was the measured atmospheric correction factor for altitude according to the software. Barometric pressure, humidity, and temperature are a factor in this. I usually use only 15 percent on forced induction cars, but you guys aren't running much boost and the superchargers are probably on the edge of effeicency up here.
