So, a good friend of mine is competing at pikes peak on July 19th and is looking for sponsorships for this event.. He owns a purpose built (hill climb) Mitsubishi lancer evolution race car with about 800bhp.. His ultimate goal is to break the record for unibody race cars, with this car.. That's pretty cool, I would love to go but I'm going to be in the woods again teaching combat survival training...I've missed out on this race for two years now

Do all practice runs end at Devil's Playground? I'm thinking of heading up there to watch tomorrow's practice. Going on a Lotus drive Sunday so can't see the hillclimb then.

I once ran up Pikes Peak in a half marathon race, but it took me far longer than this.
