hey guys.. as some of you know I'm trying to buy a house in cedar park.. we were first trying to use quick n loans since it seemed pretty easy.. but they are BS'n around now that i'm in contract with the house owner... only have a few days to option out.. reason they are giving me a hard time now is that i wont be working in Tx for a while nor will we be moving till april.. that's when the baby is due.. now, i know it's not against the law to live one place and buy a home in another.. I'm trying to acquire the house now so that i may be eligable for the 8grand tax back which would help in getting the misses her car for when we move.. house is only 130k.. inspection was yesterday and it only needs some repairs as to extended rain gutters/drainage.. cooling system needs to add a few parts as the gas system (one pipe instead of flex tube).. and ciding on the back needs to be replaced with slight wood rote due..

i'm awaiting a call back from a branch loan officer in austin but might as well check here since i know people on this bored do all sorts of things.. let me know asap here or PM.. not much time left..
