So you won't be at the Apex event on the 13th?

It's too bad they won't just let me do 1 day or else I would be there. It's very hard to lose an entire weekend.

Well, you can do a single day, it's just more expensive (about twice as much as two days!). It depends on how much it is worth to you. Pay for both and only use one.

Not sure on that. I was thinking about chotto just paying the $300 ($295 really) and then just showing up for one day. I didn't realize they had a single day option.

chotto, call Rick directly and see what he can do for you.

Come do the one day Apex event on Sept. 13th. You'll get two more sessions than you would if you did a one day with TDE.

My cuz has to leave Sunday at lunch.... He talked to Rick about it and Rick allowed him, as he is in Blue, to double up and run Green as well a couple of times, so that he gets eight sessions in before he has to leave.

So check with Rick. He's as accomodating as he can be.

I tried and they said no. He said that it would be like selling me half a sandwich. I was just going to pay the full price and only drive Saturday, but he said that I was going to spend most of the day in the classroom so I wouldn't get much seat time anyways. Oh well, I'm off to Germany next week where I'm running the Ring and H2R later in September.

Following the advice from Morty, I am going to come out to MSR tomorrow to watch. Figure it would be a great way to meet a few of you! I am still putting in break in miles on the Lotus (only at 300) - so no track driving for me - which is a bummer BUT, driving 1.5hrs to MSR is a good way to help put some miles on the car. If you see me around say hi!

Eric
