Go karting in Wallingford? - LotusTalk

Forgot to add to title, (go karting in wallingford CT) I was just wondering if anyone on here was likes go karting? My friends and I have goine quite a bit in the past few years, and I was looking to add some more people to my list to invite. Anyone interested? We usually go during the week as there are fewer "yahoo's" on the track and now that we have found that before 6pm 2 runs for 25 bucks tuesday-thursday we will be attending as early as possible. Thats not to say that we won't be going on a friday night to go have some fun its just way more expensive. We also do some of the endurance events, I particularly enjoyed the 1 hour "Iron man" event that they hold once or twice a month. Can't beat 100 bucks for an hour straight. So is there any interest in here? Let me know I would love to get a small group of us down there once a month or so.

You must mean "ontrack" OnTrack Karting - Connecticut's premier indoor karting facility and entertainment center

What a great place, I go there with my kids, age 8 and 10. Very professionally run.

Yes I mean On Track Karting, sorry I didn't put that in there. I know there is another place buts its less competative from what I understand.

I love that place... It's cheap and it's pretty good. Not as good as GPNY, but GPNY costs a lot more too.

I'm very interested. I'm working in the middle of long island, but could probably leave early or take a day off to do some karting. I'm a total n00b when it comes to karting: are they electric or gas? Do you shift or are they single speed? Does it cost money to rent a helmet?
