Your probably thinking about the LEO event. Atwell told us it was Nov 15.

I am going to try to make this event, but I am working a night shift on Friday so I may be too wiped out to do so. We'll see.

I am going to try and make it up for this. Looks like fun. My Elise is in winter trim, hard top installed! Aside from the scratched up hood, it actually looks pretty good. I'll clean it just before the drive as well. Fun!

Anyone have the position of the GAP diner? (Ie, latitude and longitude) I can't find it in Garmin, and the streets don't seem to exist as just numbers. Trying to see if this is a doable drive from the DC area in one day.

The street names for the location of the Gap Diner at Route 30 and Route 41 are Lincoln Highway and Newport Pike.

All the PALS-

Alas, my regrets as I must be in Erie, PA for a CME program. I hope that you have some fine Indian summer weather, unlike the weekend we just went through that looked like early winter. Haven't been to Bube's for a while, but food and drink are usually outstanding. Enjoy!

Tony V says that PA Rt 414 (about 10 miles south of Wellsboro, PA) is the Tail of the Dragon North.

I say: someday we drive both roads in ONE DAY and compare!!!!!

There are some revisions to the tour. Bruce, Don and I took a test run through the tour path and we have revised the tour slightly. Below are the revisions and I have uploaded updated directions. The addition to the tour is a stop at the Strousberg Train Museum.

Meet at Gap Diner at 11:00 for an early lunch

Depart Diner at around noon

Arrive at the Train Museum at around 12:30

Depart the Train Museum at around 2:30

Arrive at the winery at around 3:30

Depart the winery at around 4:30

Arrive at Bube's at around 5:00 for dinner.
