They are now officially open for Lotus sales and service. I just got my appointment for next Friday morning for my CDL module.

Got my Elise fixed today. They were real nice and quick. The shop is very nice with lots of cool cars. I'm glad we have a central Fl dealer now. Saves me a two hour drive to Jax.

They are really nice guys down there. I went down to stripe a couple cars for them (the yellow purist edition and a storm Ti car) a few weeks ago. The tech is new to Lotus but seemed to know his stuff pretty good. I saw him gut an Infinity and replace the wiring harness and have it running again in 2 days. He also handles all the Aston service and saw some pretty unique jobs while I was there.
The Lotus dealer is up front and in the building with Aston. Behind them Infinity and Smart are in separate buildings. The owner of the group was a really nice British guy- and he also kept his Caterham R400 in the service area, and had them get it out so he could pick it up and go drive it one of the days I was there. That is pretty cool that he is an enthusiast as well. You have to respect a guy that could drive any of his fleet of Aston Martins and yet comes by to spend a day in his Caterham. Stop by and tell Philip I said Hi. |

I had a CEL come on in the Elise, made an appointment on Friday and was in on Saturday at 9am. 10 minutes after the CEL is cleared (P0139) I am on my way and enjoying some cooler Orlando weather. Definitely recommended and great to have local around here!
