Yellow Corvettes with black stripes - LotusTalk

I have seen an inordinate amount of yellow Corvette coupes with black hood stripe around the Orlando area. Sometimes in pairs. Once even three together.

Anyone know the source? Corporte gig? Some kind of show? A club... it's highly weird.

At first I thought it maybe was the Gumball, but they are down south now.

Figured it out. They are Hertz rental Corvettes. They are called Corvette ZHZ.

Orlando is one of the markets they are available in. And we live near the airport.

You can rent them for 120 a day her in Vegas or 107? for a convertible. Not bad for 436hp. Z06 is like 375 and 777 for a Gallardo at one place

I have seen at least one of them on my 5 trips to vegas the past 6 months. I found out after the fact on one of the trips that Hertz was having a special at the time where it was like $55 a day for the rental. I was paying almost twice that for the caddy at Avis..

I was upset when enterprise pulled the louts fleet, as they would make the trip alot more fun. The stupid Saturn Solstice they gave me once was a joke, and the lotus even had more trunk space
