If you didn't show up this morning, you missed some good people, good conversation and great pancakes. Luke (Swistun), Todd (Moto44), Rich (costlydakota), Kate & Ed (Ren Man) in 2nd and 3rd pics. And me of course taking pictures. I brought these 4 little cars with me in the back of my FJ.

I agree, looks like I missed out on a nice meet. I could not get out of a prior family commitment.

I hope to make one of these meets.

I was hoping to meet up with you guys, but Friday evening's two-minute typhoon knocked out my power for nearly 24 hours. Hopefully I can make the next one.

I'm game at least once a month. And anything anybody would like to suggest in between would be good, too.

Add me to the list please!

Kat from Romeoville.

Will travel anywhere - besides, that's the whole point of the Lotus. Half the fun (if not more) is getting there!

Great to see old friends and make some new ones as well. I would be up for monthly as well but I will be pretty busy for the next couple of months but would make as many as I can. What ever happened to meeting at the sausage place that was brought up?

I drove by Hot Doug's, the sausage place, last Saturday at about 10:30 and the line would be about 2 hours long at that time. I was talking with a guy I met over the weekend and he said he goes there at about 9:45 on Saturday morning and waits 45 minutes to get in. Perhaps I'll try going really early next weekend to see what the situation is - parking, wait, etc.

Hey Luke, you are long way from SD! That doesn't look like Julian. Looking forward to some pictures of your drive to Chicago. By the way, thanks for my new LT picture.

In regards to Hot Doug's, if you call your order in advance, you can walk up to the front of the line and get carryout without waiting. There's usually a bunch of diagonal parking across the street. We could try parking, picking up the food, and eating it outside, especially if it's a nice day.

Never been to Hot Doug's. Sounds great!

We've had a number of get together's in the past few days. Between Saturday morning for breakfast, Saturday night with Phlypside's group, and a Fox Valley track day at Autobahn today, we had lots of LotusTalkers turning out!

I thoroughly enjoyed hanging out with everybody here! I'm just disappointed to have missed the drive Saturday night.

Don't be bashful about suggesting a possible time and place for a get together, folks. You never know how many people here just might be able to show up.

Here's a partial list of LotusTalkers who turned out in the last few days:
Confidential
costlydakota
ExoticHottie
Moto44
Phlypside
RacyTracy
Ren Man
Sanj
swistun
Tickle
twaszak1
Zinhead
