An IDOT contractor was installing concrete in a freight tunnel underneath the northbound Kennedy around Adams when something happened -- it’s not clear whether it was from the concrete or the equipment -- to cause a big buckle in one of the lanes of the expressway, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.....

Jason gets the lead news story....if this is the biggest thing going on, it's his.....but like if there's a fire with fatalities, Jason would get that and Roz (the traffic reporter) would be at the expressway.Temperature has nothing to do with it. We're live every day no matter what the temperature is, rain or snow.

^^^ Aha I'm sure temperature doesn't have anything to do with it, but it sure does suck outside so I was sorta half-joking with the cold-snap reference

^^^^^^ Now that's some good news thanks for the update and hopefully you guys get to be indoors. I'm sure there will be too many days ahead where you'll be outside working in our Hoth-like winter. (Ugh!)
