[Sunday, November 8th 9:00-10:00am Meet; 10:15am Departure]
Annual Fall Meet, Drive & Dine This Sunday is supposed to be warm & sunny. Please join us for this incredible run!!! When: Sunday, September 21st. We will meet between 8:00 – 9:00am for a prompt 9:15am departure time. Where: We will gather in the parking lot of the Starbucks in Mt. Airy, MD. There are several gas stations and places to get coffee and breakfast also… Directions below: Bring: A full tank of gas, an appetite and a FRS or GMRS handheld radio (tuned to channel 7, subchannel 21) if you own one! It’s not a necessity to own a radio but it makes it easier for us to keep in contact… RSVP: Appreciated but not required. It helps us with a count for lunch. RSVP to: bull_30@verizon.net Meal : We will be having lunch at one of our favorite tour stops: THE COZY INN in Thurmont Route: This route will take us through 2 little known tunnels following the Civil War Trail through very historic areas of Maryland. The scenery on this tour is breathtaking and the roads are VERY challenging. Questions? Email me at: bull_30@verizon.net... Everyone will get detailed directions the day of the event… Directions to Starbucks in Mt. Airy: From RT 270 DC Area: Get off RT 270 at Exit 16A which is Father Hurley Blvd/RT 27 Mt. Airy exit… At the end of the exit ramp bear RIGHT on Father Hurley Blvd / RT 27 and continue thru Damascus past I-70 then continue to the 2nd light… You will see STARBUCKS on the left… Turn left at either of the 2 lights and continue into shopping center… We are meeting in the parking lot… From RT 70 Frederick Area: Get off RT 70 at Exit 68 which is RT 27 Mt. Airy exit… At the light at the end of the exit ramp turn left on RT 27 and continue to the 2nd light… You will see STARBUCKS on the left… Turn left at either of the 2 lights and continue into shopping center… We are meeting in the parking lot… From RT 70 Baltimore Area: Get off RT 70 at Exit 68 which is RT 27 Mt. Airy exit… At the light at the end of the exit ramp turn right on RT 27 and continue to the next light… You will see STARBUCKS on the left… Turn left at either of the 2 lights and continue into shopping center… We are meeting in the parking lot… From other areas: Use your GPS or favorite online mapping program and head to address… STARBUCKS Mount Airy Shopping Center 400 Ridgeville Blvd Mount Airy, MD 21771 301-829-6391

The run is this Sunday, November 8th...
We will meet between 9-10am with a 10:15am departure... Disregard any reference to Sept. in the prior post which for some reason I can't edit ![]()

You coming by Summit Point to the NASA HPDE event? They are not "racing" this weekend, but they are doing parade laps, hyperdrive sessions, and SPK will be opened for karting (yes they have "big boy" karts for those that are larger).
I know there will be a few Lotus cars there. Unfortunately, I can't do the drive since I'll be instructing. Dave

I wish I could make this one.....the wife just had surgery and wouldn't appreciate me rolling out. I'll look for pictures tomorrow night.

Just saw this.
Oh well, it was the same time as the MINI Takes the Beltway run. Which was quite fun BTW. Maybe there will be one more Bull Run before it gets really cold?
