FS: 2 16x6.5 LSS silver rims and 1 17x7.5 silver LSS rim

Where about's in the DC area (I am down in Richmond, VA)? Are these anodized or painted? If painted and in great shape, I will take the one rear rim (17x7.5). Sending PM.
