Possible Tesla sighting on GW Parkway! - LotusTalk

So, I was motoring along GW Parkway yesterday, about 3:15pm, in the MINI, car full of friends, when a bright blue Lotus-Elise-like car came zooming north past us. I thought it was either a Tesla or an Evora, but mainly a Tesla because I don't think it made a sound as it whizzed by. One of my friends thought it was a Europa, but I don't think there are any in the US?

So, has anyone seen an electric blue Tesla around?
