Thanks , Euroclassics Richmond (and a coupla pics)

OK... When you go to a Lotus dealer, you probably expect to taken for as much as possible. I just want to thank the folks at Euroclassics for not doing that to me. I understand that everyone's experience varies, but today was good.

I just bought my 2007 Exige S in late June. I've had no problems and am loving pretty much everything about this car. It's all good. Anyway, I went to hit the horn a couple of weeks ago and there was nothing but a relay clicking sound. I took the car in this morning to get it fixed. I picked it up late this afternoon. The horn work was covered under warranty and my car was even hand washed.

The surprise came when I hit the horn when I got home. It was LOUD! The dealership dropped in a High Note horn and not the useless stock horn. Very nice. I considered doing my own horn upgrade/install, but just didn't have the time.

Thanks!

PS: I also got to drool over this cup car that was in for service! Sorry for the cell phone pics.

I had hoped to meet up with some of the people from Euroclassic at the Classics on the James last weekend. I think they were around as the sponsors.

Good to see you Dan as always!

DeanG, we were around. We were in Euroclassics t-shirts and I saw a few other people wearing them, so we might have blended in to well. We were parked right in front of the italian sausage place and we got a lot of over flow from that. Seemed that everyone we asked if they needed help was just waiting for someone in line.

THe guys in the Euroclassics service shop (tech Carmelo, parts guru Corey, manager Chris, and Dawn), are really the reason for me feeling comfortable owning a Lotus. They are really great to have nearby and they really look after me and my car extremely well.
