The clown of the BJ auctions is the skinny bidder(always wears a Ferrari jacket and hat) that actually is just a buyer for collections, museums, etc. He is the guy that would put his hands over his face and fall to his knees every time he won the bidding on a given car.
I will admit that seeing all of the different cars coming across the block is fun to watch it but I think it is a poor representation of what the cars are actually worth. It seems to be where you go if you are retired, have a ton of $$, and want to impress your friends(also retired). I really would enjoy going if I had that much time and $$ on my hands, but I don't..
The same goes for the Ferrari RM auction(speed channel also) that they put on at the Ferrari factory where people were flexing their wallets and paying ridiculous sums of $$ for some old outdated aluminum bodied pieces of rolling art. Some weren't even that great looking at either.

For the record the color of Ressler's ZR1 is LeMans Blue, a discontined color after model year 2007. The ZR1 will be equipped with the new 6.2l LS3 block equipped with an Eaton four lobe supercharger. It will put out in excess of 600 bhp.

Car Auctions

I wonder what the cumulative miles will be put on all of them together? I'd imagine a little less than I already have on my 05 Elise. ===============================================
