Well, I for one, already know how to use the lottery to get that particular "dream car".

As soon as it's released (should be any time now), I'll take the $1 that I could spend on a lotter ticket, and use it to buy the Hot Wheel (usually 99 cents). Of course I'll have to pay the five cents in sales taxes instead of the income tax on the lottery winnings...

Oh yea, that particular Lotus was designed by the factory as a special series of cars designed by selected manufacturers. It is not a prototype of a real car and it couldn't be one even if they wanted it to be.
