Well, if automakers can call a four door car a coupe (Mercedes CLS, etc), then I suppose Lotus may be on the leading edge of a new trend with a two seater sedan (with two doors, I imagine).

Both Roberts! That was Robert P talking to Robert S of Lotus UK

I really should have gotten some people pics. Arnie, Roger, Brian Shepherd, and others.

So, I guess it's OK to publicly state that Arnie's back now?

In fact, he told the crowd that he was given a written script to use, but it remained folded up and he made up his own speech.

When we chatted with him, he talked a bit about the history of the company and the future of it. I will not say everything he said, but as I mentioned earlier, the future seems a lot brighter to me now than it did. I am very pleased with the focus and direction I heard.
+1..... Roger was very forthcoming with information and a pleasure to talk to, as were the other fine representatives from Lotus with whom I had a chance to chat .... Arnie Johnson, Dave Simkin, Brian Shepherd, and Robert MEng. All great people and very enthusiastic about the Lotus product.

The great thing about Lotus is that the company is filled with people are passionate about the brand. This isn't simply "a job", they care about what they do.

Notice Jay Leno in the final pic. He spent some time in the Lotus area checking out the 211.

I generally don't like taking pictures at shows so I did not take many. Here is a few snap shots

Spyker - work of art IMO

Digging the STI more than I expected (hated the WRX)

Reventon = Ridiculous!

GT-R looks better in person, still a big car though

New Vector

The rest
