New - I'd pay no more than MSRP.
The fact of the matter is they aren't THAT rare. Not that many people were ready to pay premium dollars for an Elise with stripes, seats and floormats. One can be found quite easily even though there were only 50 made. Hell, Integra Type R's were alot harder to get new!

I paid MSRP for mine. i did get a few thousand dollars of stuff for no cost. I just bought it becasue I liked the color combination and the black wheels.
I am not sure if it drives any better than the base one I drove. I love it tho Lee |
