Wow.. that one is very nice. Are they considered collector's items? I hope my Elise is worth $75k in 50 years. That'd be nice.

The S1 and S2 Elite pricing always amazes me. It is all over the map. This car is priced at $75K and has some issues that may need to be addressed, or not depending on your wants. One fully prepped racer sold for $43K recently. I know of another that is in pristine restored condition for $65K (I want this one very badly). About a year ago one "older restoration" (which was actually not too bad but had some issues) sold out of CA for $95K.
And, yes, A3X, the type 14 Elites are very collectible (to me at least) but sadly, no, your Elise won't be worth $75K in 50 years.

Run over all of the other Elise currently in existence with a Spyker and maybe, just maybe, in 100 years.

If you feel that way and have never seen one in person, might I suggest that you run the other way as fast as you can if you ever come across one. It only gets much worse if you don't.

No one wants one more than I do.
I have seen a type 14 Elite in light blue, dark blue, BR green, white, red with silver top, red, white with silver top and a dark mustard yellow/brown (that one just hurt me). I agree with your color choices 150%. +1

That's nice.
I wonder if that dark mustard yellow/brown car I saw was really just a pretty yellow all dirtied up. Unfortunately, it wasn't.
