seeking Elan info (on a *particular* Elan, that is)

Trying to find some info on a particular Elan I recall seeing a blurb about online a long while back. Just wondering whatever became of the car since it was the one that really made me want an Elan.

I believe it was a silver FHC (possibly a hard top) somewhere in the northwest. I *think* I recall the listed owner having an Asian surname and clearly recall that the car was a driver, not a racer.

I know it's a long shot, but figured someone here might know what club he was affiliated with and if there's still photos of it up on some website.

Anyone?

Just wanted to look the car up since I'm much more informed about Elans now.
