So Giovanni's is the 14th this month?

That would be logical, but it saw it posted on LLSE message board and Ferrari chat as the 14th. Anyone have a confirmation on the actual date for surz?

Here's a repeat from a previous post, as tomorrow is the first Saturday of the month:

Car Show 1st Saturday each Month East Cobb

Starts at 8:30am on the 1st Saturday of each month and ends about 11am.

THE AVENUE EAST COBB
4475 Roswell Road
Marietta, Georgia 30062

Directions

FROM THE NORTH

Take I-75 South towards Atlanta
Exit 265-GA Loop East and turn left
Take the ramp to Roswell/Marietta
Turn left on Roswell Rd
Continue on Roswell Rd approximately 7 miles
The center is on the left

FROM THE SOUTH

Take I-75 North towards Atlanta
Exit 265-GA Loop towards Roswell
Merge onto S. Marietta Pkwy SE/GA-120 Loop West
Take the ramp to Roswell/Marietta
Turn right on Roswell Rd
Continue on Roswell Rd approximately 7 miles
The center is on the left

There's always an eclectic mix of cars, so check it out if you're in the area.

No charge, as it's sort of a glorified cruise-in.

The 3rd Saturday is also the Grand Am races at Barber and we have a club event to drive there and attend, so I moved it so there wouldn't be a conflict.

Well... technically it is a Lotus event, or more specifically, a Lotus club event. We organize the gathering each month, picking the date and the featured marque. Its ours to change if we need to. Of course we happily invite all of the other exotic car owners to join us and they do.

But you're right. It would be easiest for all involved if we simply made it the third Saturday of every month. Some months we may just have to miss it because of other events. I'm not going to alter this years calendar because I don't want to confuse any one further, but next year I'll fix it at the third Saturday of every month.

Not sure if we can make it. Work in the morning, then on to Kennesaw to see my cousin and then we have to get ready for our departure to Vegas on Sunday evening. Track day on Wed. at Spring Mountain. Adam.

4 Lotus, and a few of the other regulars. Couple Ferrari's, the Masseratti Bora....

But afterwards I went to meet a group of friends for dinner (by friends I mean ex GF and 2 other luscious specimens- figured I'd point that out since I disappointed Frank at the show, lol) I got the rock star Valet job at Garrisons

When the guy went to put it in spot behind the valet counter though, he couldn't remember how to start it and had to come get me for the instructions.

late notice for get together tonight at Jack Ansley's bar and grill. Jack was owner of Lotus racing back in the 90's when they had a car cat team with Doc, Murry,. Pilgrim, Newman etc.

Jack owns a pub near Chateau Elan. we are meeting there for dinner and dribks tonight. hope to see some Lotus cars there. Jack has some coool Lotus artwork on the walls.

Sorry but we have been away for almost 2 weeks. From July 15-20 we did the Lotus Las Vegas driving experience. Then my wife's father passed away on Sunday July 22 in PA, kind of unexpected. So we headed to PA on Monday only to return in the early morning hours on this Monday. We need to get through Aug 14 and then we can start doing some Lotus events, we have family coming in around the second weekend in Aug. Adam.

Martin, were you driving the Countach yesterday morning? I was suprised to see it coming the other way on 141, especially with it being so overcast. Man that car is still sweet in a completely over the top 80's kind of way.
