Need NICE rides for Model Photoshoots! ASAP Florence and Charlotte-light NWS images-

Hey everyone Im looking for FINISHED and PAINTED Nicely Moded or High End exotic rides for Photo shoots!

I need cars for the following dates,times and locations!!!
All I require is that the car is FINISHED, CLEAN, and Tastefull!

JAN 14TH AT 7:30 PM IN FLORENCE SC
JAN 15TH AT 6 PM IN FLORENCE SC
JAN 15TH AT 6 PM IN FLORENCE SC
JAN 18TH AT 7 PM IN CHARLOTTE NC
JAN 19TH AT 1 PM, 3 PM, AND 7 PM IN CHARLOTTE NC


So I need 7 cars for 7 different models and 7 different shoots!

If you or anyone you know has a CLEAN car (NICELY moded, high end, or exotic)for a photo shoot EMail(chazz@hotmodelphotography.com) with the dates and time,and Car info and pics you(or they) can make asap!!!

Compensation to you will be:
A) A CD after with copys of all images in both Web safe format and High Res.
B) A Few Prints from the shoot
C) Reduced cost on all other prints.
D) Possible use in my ads and Flyers at shows like NOPI, HIN, and Many other local events.

Eh. Guess our interpretation of "Hot Model" is different. Different strokes for different folks. I have supplied my car for published photo shoots before. I'd consider it given:
A) the model was hottt (with 3 t's. Not just a girl that got skanked up to go to a club and then thought she was a model)
B) you came to ATL
C) the images specifically were NOT used for Nopi, HIN, or any other Hyuandai's with enormous aluminum wings types shows.

look at this way...
you've come here looking for something at the very last possible moment.
you're located in an obscure corner of the country, where there are very, very few lotus.(the nearest lotus dealer is several hours away from you)
your dates/times are mostly during the workweek. when people who have jobs are at their jobs earning money.
you're a new member on e-talk.
it's the middle of winter when cars aren't kept clean, at least not after they're driven on the roads.
your post comes across rather "bright" and "harsh". when i see "sign up for myspace" i personally discount whatever follows by at least 98%.
and finally, you've chosen to use an inordinate number of "x's" in your username.


in all seriousness... if this was on a weekend, with some advanced notice, not during the winter, in atlanta or a city in southern florida, and you promised some action with these hot models (not the ones you've shown), then i'm somewhat sure you could probably find a couple of generous folks to possible participate.

Hmm Guess your not my guy then, I'm just offering this to whomever wants it. I take it you have never been to any of those shows.
As for Hot Model, Its a title of my business and again, is an opinion basis so I don't expect everyone to agree. Most of My models are amature and are new to the Business. Some make it, most don't. I just do what I can to help them out if I think there is a Chance. I currently Make NO money from this, the small amount of money I do receive goes directly into paying for the website and promotion material.
I would come to ATL, Pending Travel Expenses are paid. The car owner is just washing his own car and showing up. Whereas I'm organizing the entire shoot, collecting the model and location along with all releases. And finishing and ordering prints. Id say I deserve a bit more compensation, but I only ask that the car and driver shows up with 2-3 hours to spare and a clean ride.

Sorry I cannot offer more for free.

To be honest, your pictures are not that great and are kind of ameture-ish. I would think you would have to post much better photos with better looking models to get anyone to show up to your shoot..

As for the XXs in my name or the fact I have a MySpace page like most businesses today I am sorry I am so lowly to participate in any common action as thats not popular here.
I also NEVER said "Sign up for Myspace" so try again...
I have no NEED to be professional, I just chose to be. I am not selling anyone here anything so I don't care if you discredit me for anything.
I have been casting for cars for a few weeks now, but have a model particularly interested in Lotus so I signed up here to try and find one for her to shoot with.
As far as most people being at work during my shoots because its the normal work week, I know, I have a full time day job myself 8-6 mon-friday.

-Thanks Robert, Ill let you know if I have any shoots for MI. And the ring around the edge is from my wide angle adapter. Ill upgrade to a true wide angle eventually, working on a Cannon 580ex flash for indoor shoots now.

Amatureish? Hence No charge. I have been shooting daily for around 8 years, but only with an SLR for 6-7 months.

In case you can't tell, Lotus Elise/Exige owners aren't your typical sports car owner. Most of us (again -- MOST) are not pretentious snobs who own the car simply to show how much money we make -- especially since we already know these cars are relatively cheap despite their appearance. We're also very no-nonsense, tell it like it is, don't beat around the bush people. So if responses here seem harsh, it's because most folks here will tell you what they think without hesitation and without mincing words. Just like the cars we drive, we're raw, minimalistic and straight-forward.

I honestly don't think the average Elise/Exige owner is in your market group. If you happen to find someone -- great. More power to you. Just setting the expectations.

Hmmmmm, I don't think my cellphone has a lens hood. Was that an option??

Cellphone? Man Good luck with that!

Canon Rebel XTi (10.1MP) here paired with the standard 17-55 and a wide angle attachment.

Now I also Shoot with a Quantary 70-300 LFO and Hood.

Cameras are good and all, but a good camera does not make one a good photographer... I'm an amature photographer and I shoot with a Canon 5D 16-40mm L or 24-105mm L or 70-200mm L. I know there are plenty of guys out there that can shoot better shots than me using a point and shoot.

+1. A camera is just a tool and any tool is only as good as the hand that wields it. I've seen guys use a disposable camera and photoshop to make some outstanding images.

5D is nice especially if you like to shoot wide angle.. The big down side is with a full frame sensor you will need to spend big $$$ to get good lenses as the outside edges of the lenses are used and this is usually the weakest part of the lens.
