Welcome and congratulations!

I'm in Kernersville and there are two other Lotus in Kernersville as well as a couple in Greensboro iirc. There used to be another Lotus owner in Summerfield but I believe he sold his about a year ago....

As far as things to know right away - LOTS of things!!! There are several posts here about the privileges of ownership and the best thing about being in central nc - only one hour from VIR

We should get the NC folks together sometime. The last NC meet I went to my car had < 1000 miles on it....

Tom

I live in Kernersville and I drive a black exige. We do sunday drives up into the mountains about once or twice a month during the warmer season. The roads are too dirty up there this time of year and its hard to keep the tires hot so we stick to bikes in the winter. We will probably resume our drives sometime toward the end of March. I'd definately like to meet up with all the local owners one evening to check out all the rides. VIR must be fun but I have yet to try it in a car. I've done a dozen or so track days up there on bikes so I know the track pretty well.

Thanks for reminding me! Started a new job and was stuck up in Ohio

Fitted new shocks/springs over the new year, so I was looking forward to showing all the Esprits what proper handling is!!!

1. Check the torque of your rear toe links.

2. Don't drive the car in sub-freezing temperatures on OEM tires (and in cold temps, expect little grip from the tires).

No I haven't. As far as that goes, I don't think we have met either. Let's fix that. PM on the way.
