Ok here is the schedule then. 3pm I will be at On the Border on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. Anyone who meets me there first great. Lets say at about 5pm we will head over to the Cart track in Garner for some fun. I am very excited and hope to see as many people there as possible.

Please forward this to any other Lotus Owners you know of that might be missing this thread.

I am stoked.

Thanks everyone.

Is this thing still on tomorrow? At On the Border? If so, is that the new one behind Triangle that should be complete about now, or some other On the Border? 3pm?

Stephen,

Have you looked into Lotus Ltd? they may have a Lotus group already in your area. Or are you just trying to make it a Elise/Exige local thing only?
Lotus Ltd. is the largest U.S. Lotus club in the U.S. and is the host of the LOG event each year.
If you are up on that then never mind.

Is there still an event planned for Sunday, July 22? This thread has gotten mysteriously quiet...

Hey Andy!

Hope you're doing well - I wont be around this weekend, but I'll be at VIR on the 26th.

Hey Bob, glad to see you are still abusing your toy! I have been doing too much working and not enough playing for about the past 6 months, but I may surface again soon. I am envious because I would love to do VIR, but it will have to be another time. Hope to see you later this year...

I can't help but think the VIR event will be a great opportunity for some of we Tar Heel Lotus people to at least meet each other. Any ideas for how we might recognize each other? How about Duke baseball caps

I gave up on the event today after not seeing any updates in this thread as of last night. Please post any additional events in the Greensboro area and I will do my best to attend. Thanks...

I like this idea. You want to gather up a few cars sometime in August and hit the track? I'm in Winston.

For any of you who will be in town this weekend, a few of us are headed to Rush Hour Karting in Garner Sunday at around 1pm. Hopefully we'll have enough people to run a sprint race.

Hey everybody- I know it's kinda short notice, but I'm putting together a drive this Sat. 10/27 to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Winston Salem. Nothing fancy- just meeting at Midtown Cafe off Stratford Rd. at 10 am if anyone is interested in joining us. We'll meet there, take care of the donations (no set amount) and go for a morning drive. Anybody interested??

There is an autocross in Winston-Salem this Sunday, the 28th, put on by Triad Sports Car Club (auto-x.com) I'll be there along with another Elise or 2.
