What part of SC are you in? I think I have seen a few Elises on the forum from SC although I am not sure if there are any events.

SC in da house!!!
I don't know of any, but with two cars you can start one right? There's a track in Kershaw, SC that hopefully there will be a couple of Elise's at in March.

I live in Woodruff SC and work in Greenville. I have a 06 Elise, storm titanium, hard top, and black pack. There is some activity in the area. There is a yellow Elise for sale at a local used car dealer in Woodruff. The Land Rover dealer in Greenville recently sold a green Elise. About a month ago there was an Arctic Silver Elise from Simpsonville on Ebay.

Here in Columbia SC I have so far only met one other lotus owner. He knew of a British Sports Car club but not one specifically for Lotus. Anyone near here?

That is me with the 06 Chili Red Elise with black stripes. We have owned her for over a year now. Would love to start a club, we are in Gilbert SC right next to you in Lexington. We saw you driving around town last week. Let me know if you want to get together I can help you with alot of the maintenance upkeep since I do my own.

Hey guys, check out http://www.carolinacarclubs.com . The site caters to folks living in both North and South Carolina, although there are currently many more folks in NC. We do monthly get togethers as well as more region specific ones. The site is not the technical wealth of knowledge this site is, more of just a locals hangout.

Hey guys,
I have a graphite gray 05 elise, and live in Irmo, and have an office in Lexington(RedBank). Mine is used mostly for road racing at Kershaw, Road Atlanta, Roebling and Barber. I also have yellow FFR Cobra supercharged. Email me at bob@kbkitchen.com and lets get together one weekend somewhere in Lexington or Harbison area and shake up everyone who has a camera phone...... Yellow c5, I could sure use some help sometime. No one in Columbia has the slightest idea of how the Lotus works! I have a challenge switching brake pads sometimes and with track weekends, I tend to go thru them kinda quick. It would be great to have someone know how to do general repairs and teach me and other owners (at least the three of us in this area). Bob Last edited by bobwilkes : 04-24-2008 at 08:14 PM. |

Hey bobwilkes!
It would be GREAT if the three of us (you, YellowC5, and us) got together some evening or weekend to shake things up at a prominent Cola location! Drop me a line and we can work something out. I'll send you an email too. ![]() Last edited by Man of Steel : 04-25-2008 at 07:52 PM. |

Bob, Sounds great. I changed my pads to Pagid Blues alot more aggresive and not damaging to rotors. This site is great for tutorials on DIY.
