If you like aviation, you can visit the Pima Air museum, the airplane boneyard (hundreds and hundreds of civilian and military retired planes - neat sight!), the Titan Missile Museum.
There's tons of golfing, hiking, mountain biking, great caves etc. etc. For shopping I'd go down 4th avenue for a taste of Tucson (also eat at Bison Witches {buy sandwiches ]. It's a hole in the wall but it's awesome. Definitely worth the wait. For more shopping if you're brave, head down to Nogales MX for some "bargains". Tubac is a great place to visit for cool artsy stuff (from furniture to small knick-knacks). As far as dining is concerned for a FULL taste of the west visit Pinnacle Peak (bring a cheap tie with you and see what happens! ).For kick a$$ Mexican, go to "Cafe Poca Cosa". It is not a Sonoran cuisine restaurant like the other 1,999 mexican restaurants in Tucson. Its Cuisine is more Mexico City.. Good stuff! Go hungry, their portions are HUGE! Go to www.tucson.com for more info on all this stuff.

The Titan missle site is pretty interesting, a bit scary too.
And that giant underground cavern they opened a few years ago is supposed to be awesome. There is also a nice go-kart track, and you can go to the observatory at nite.
