New Motorsports Ranch to be built in AZ!!

The Inde Motorsports Ranch is scheduled to be finished in November 2009 in Willcox just 75 miles east of Tucson

INDE MOTORSPORTS RANCH

Man this is great news... but also bad news since now I'm going to be tire-poor

I love the concept and my pants got tight reading about it until I saw the $60,000 initiation fee. I wish them the best of luck trying to find enough people that are going to shell out that kind of $$$ in the Tucson area.

I think that's confusing a lot of people... I'm fairly certain the $60k fee is for UNLIMITED access to the site along with the bragging rights that you "own" part of the Ranch. You become a founding member and have a lot more rights to use their huge list of amenities versus the average Joe. Keep in mind that $60k doesn't go very far when building something like this...

Also by building it on an airpark they have opened up the facility to tons of wealthy people in neighboring states. I'm sure some of the guys in SoCal will make the trip out to visit and could likely leave a vehicle at the onsite garage.

They have already given my small group permission to run our track days there so that implies they won't be charging us $60k each just to do a few laps

I am surprised that they are able to build that whole facility at that cost. On the site it says there is a 100 member cap which comes to only 6mil which isn't a lot especially if they are building a clubhouse.

Let me know when you guys have your next track day. I would love to come for a ride along to get the feel of it before I bring my car out.

I am pretty stoked to have another kart track down here as well because the guys over at P1 are highly stupid and can't run a business if their lives depended on it.

For 60 G's per membership, each member should receive a spec Miata so for their own racing series.
