Snow on the McDowells?
My wife is in the Phoenix/Tempe area this week. When I talked to her last might she said when she left the airport, she was quite surprised to see all the snow on the mountains to the east (the McDowells, IIRC). In the six years that we lived there we had snow one time...Christmas eve near Squaw Peak. Two hours later it was gone. Nothing at our house on Camelback Mountain.
She said it was a spectacular sight. Anybody get any pictures of it? |
