Lightbulb Trip from Phoenix/Scottsdale to Sedona

Once again...Calling any and all Lotus drivers from Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Apache Junction, Chandler, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Litchfeld Park, Avondale, Surprise, Sun City, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, etc...

This next adventure is scheduled: Next Saturday November 10th.
A definite trip leaving somewhat early ~8:30a.m. from Phoenix/Scottsdale area up to Sedona.

The "Plan" is to do a bit of touring/hiking/hanging out etc... in Sedona all weekend... i.e. we're staying through Monday. But anyone is welcome to drive up with us and hangout for just the day/evening or several days if interested... while also enjoying the ride to and fro. We had an enjoyable ride to Prescott last weekend with a group of great drivers and beautiful Elises! We hoping to make new destinations/trips once or twice a month... get out there and enjoy to drive, scenery, locales, and weather while it's good.

So... any takers?????

My car still isn't back from the shop... I'm calling tomorrow... it should be ready by now!!!

If I get it back, I'll try to make it for at least part of the drive. If you're going to Sedona, the trip should include a pass through Jerome. The drive from Prescott to Jerome on 89-A is very cool... just have to watch out for the folks on crotch-rockets trying to set speed records on the twisty stuff.

I called Monday. They said they were delayed getting approval for the estimates from the other guy's insurance company. They were going to shoot the paint today (Tuesday). It might be ready by the weekend... I don't know for sure.

I booked this saturday, otherwise I'd be down for it.

Have you considered doing a monthly Elise / Exige cruise? That way once the word gets out everyone will know when the cruise occurs, even if they don't see it posted somewhere.

You could also come up with a standard meeting time and place.

In a way like the Pavillions car cruise, everyone knows when & where on that one.
