Anybody up for an AutoX put on by NORA at Northfield Park on Sunday, July 19th?

I'm planning on going. Weather should be good.

First chance to try the SC in competition!

Actually I registered in SSM class. I thought with the SC that's where I belong. Am I wrong?

With or without SC, Wayne will be faster than me.

Ran in ASP and Wayne as well. I was 4 secs behind Wayne in AM session and 5 secs behind in the PM session. Need driver training

Last photo is picture of 66 Elan coming out of the last turn (right).
Left front wheel assy came off. Lugs nuts were still on the studs. No one was hurt. Wheel hit the officials trailer.

You had to see what was left of the wheel to believe it.

The studs ripped right through the wheel itself, leaving the center blown out. Look like someone shot a large caliber bullet into it!

I'd check the other 3 wheels ASAP.

Owner had a trailer so he was able to get it home.
