Decent manual car wash place west of Detroit?
Hey folks, not too long from now I'll be shutting off water outside the house. Can any of you recommend a good manual car wash place (Novi/Livonia region) I can use until the snow gets here? The places near me are pretty mangy. I'm simply looking for something that has closing doors front and rear so I don't freeze. I plan to simply bring buckets and fill them up with the spray nozzle. (I suppose I will rinse off the car with the spray nozzle at a really long distance from the car :-))
better ideas? I'd like to get one more good wash before storage, though I'm keeping the car at the ready if we get a few dry days during the winter. |

I have never been to any manual (quarter) car was places that had front or rear doors. I have a few by me and when it gets a little chilly outside I usually try to pick the one that the wind isn't blowing directly thru. Just bring some gloves and a hat. I will probably just park mine for the entire winter and work on it.

There's one right by Kestrel's house in Farmington by Grand River and Orchard Lake.
