Well hello there.

We've got a good 5-7 people now on Lotus Talk from cincy area.

We should get organized and have a lunch and drive on sunday somewhere to get to know one another. I'll try to organize a drive when i get back from mexico.

Maybe a once a month thing during the week in the afternoon at a local watering spot. ?

I plan on going to Log, may even make track day if still open.

I think the orange exige s in Oxford at the P 2 O event was mkile's car (I wasn't there, my son was and thought he recognized it...)

Would have been nice tearing up putnam with you.

maybe you will get lucky and one of the guys will have to cancel their spot.

I've had my Exige for about a month now ... avoiding fines between Mason and Hamilton. British Racing Green with Saffron Yellow Stripes. I love this car, an awesome machine to drive

How is everyone doing? I am new to the forum. I currently own an RX8 and I am trying to sell it so I can purchase a 2005 Elise.

I have found a few used Elises roughly 200miles from Cincinnati.

I just wanted to give a brief intro and looking forward to hopefully being able to find the right Elise and get to meet you all!!

Thanks Bgwilly. I am having the hardest time trying to sell my RX8 since getting to be the wrong time of year to buy a sports car. I would really love to get rid of my car so I can get a lotus but I can do anything until the RX8 is off my hands.

Anyone have any suggestions? I have put my car on autotrader.com and ebay. Also, the dealers havent offered me anything but low ball numbers..which is alittle expected right now with the economy.

dealers wont give you anything for your trades right now. They are really struggling.

Dont be in such a rush to sell the rx-8. Sit on your price through the winter. And then get more agressive come early spring. Your chances of selling it this time a year for your asking price is slim to none.

No real reason to rush into buying your lotus now. Just to store it away for the winter

dead thread revival

I'm in West Chester but I'm in Hamilton everyday and I've seen a yellow Elise at Tire Discounters in Bridgewater and the same one at a house in the area. Also one day, an Exige I believe, on 129. It was BRG with yellow stripes, looked beautiful! I drive a black MR-2 Spyder, I'm a wanna be

but I didn't know if you guys would let me crash the party if you get a GTG going!

I've been a lurker for a while but just joined today

Well I decided to keep my RX8 for now. So once the economy gets back up an running, hopefully I can find a low milage 2007 Elise.

I saw about 3-4 Elises at the Mariemont Porsche, Volvo and Maserati dealership for the BlueGrass Motorsports function this past monday. Just seeing if anyone was there from here.

Any of you guys tracking your cars on May 7th at the new BlueGrass Motorsports Park? I signed up and cant wait.

I would love to cruise around with you guys, so when you all decide on the next meet, hope you dont mine a Rotorhead to join ya.
