Thumbs up Alpine Motorsport Park offer for members only

Club111 is proud to offer it members favorable terms for joining Alpine Motorsports Park (http://www.alpinesignature.com/) in Pennsylvania. Alpine is a private motorsport club, allowing it's members virtually unlimited track time and exclusive, first class accommodations. The tracks board and marketing department has presented our membership this exclusive offer.

Typically to reserve a signature founding membership a $3,000 deposit is
required. The track is signing up signature memberships rapidly expect to be sold out by the end of the summer. With that said, if you are seriously considering a founding signature membership, all you need to do is contact Kim in the sales department (Office: 610-670-7657) and let her know of their intentions, fill out the application, get her a check within the next 10 days for $300, not $3,000 and she can reserve a membership for you. If you change your mind at any point between now and the end of the summer, you will get a full no questions asked refund. If you choose to retain your membership, you will be required to pay off the remaining $2,700 by the end of the summer.

It's pretty much a win win situation. For $300.00 you can hold your spot
until you visit with the Club on 8/5/06 and decide to proceed with the membership. There is no risk.

Once they have reserved all of the allotted founding signature memberships, the membership will increase dramatically and the 75% return on investment will either go away entirely or be dramatically reduced.

This is a unique opportunity only available to Club111 members. If you're not a member contact us immediately to initiate your membership to take advantage of this offer.

CLUB111 HAS NO AFFILIATION OUTSIDE OF THOSE STATED HERE AND IS NOT RECEIVING ANY CONSIDERATION FROM THIS OFFER OR ANY MEMBERSHIPS ACQUIRED FROM IT'S MEMBERS. CLUB111 TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TERMS, ACTIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ALPINE MOTORSPORTS PARK, IT'S AGENT OR AFFILIATES.

This almost sounds too good to be true! In their documents available on their website, the required deposit is stated as $30,000, or 10x their offer above. It's not really a 75% return on investement, its a refund of 75% of your deposit. In reality it is like an interest free loan you are making to them and then making a 25% donation at the end.

Anyway, if the $3k figure quoted above is the only deposit required, that is one heck of a deal. I take it the annual dues remain at $4k/yr etc.?

Do they have a cap on total membership? Will they guarantee any amount of track hours per year? Per month? Per week?

Do they have updated contracts we can review prior to committing any funds?

Read their document more carefully. I believe the $30k deposit is still required. The $3k fee is a "reservation" fee and in addition to the $30k.

I'd encourage members to call Kim at the number I posted and ask these questions. Again, Club111 was offered these terms for it's members. I'm simply passing them along. It is my understanding that the $3,000 fee is to secure your $30,000 membership which is 75% refundable in 10 years. I encourage any parties serious about the membership to goto the tracks website and/ or call Kim for more information.
