Michael and Alice Glore will be joining the Elise Group on the GAP.
We have reservation at the Lodge.What other information can you give us?

Michael,

Great to hear you're coming. Our schedule as of now (this may change slightly as we get closer to the event and some things get finalized):

Wednesday
Afternoon: Check into hotels, free runs of the dragon
Evening: Dinner at Fontana Village with presentations by: Club111, Lotus USA
Late Evening: Midnight dragon run

Thursday
Morning: Breakfast at respective hotels followed by coordinated group drive of the dragon. After the drive, possible optional drive to The Biltmore estate which will include lunch and tours of the estate, winery and farm.
Evening: Dinner at Fontana Village with presentations by: Lotus PLC, Sector111, Blackwatch, others to be named.

Friday
Morning: Breakfast at respective hotels followed by coordinated drive on Blue Ridge Parkway to Hendersonville where the group will be hosted by Ohlins at their facility which will be followed by a meal and then the end of the event.

There is still some flexibility in the schedule but as we get closer to the event things will firm up.

We have roughly 45 attending at this point, but that is still changing by the hour as people confirm (if you are reading this thread and haven't yet, please do on the main thread or by PM). Roughly 30 cars.

Some of us are staying at Fontana Village. It sounds like you will be staying at Tapoco. The presentations and dinners will be at Fontana.

Any idea what time the Thursday morning drive of the Dragon will begin? I'd like to make that in time, if I can.

I would imagine it will be 9-9:30 Mick.
