How do I get my member number?
I signed up on the website and paid via PayPal on June 13, 2006 but I haven't received anything, no confirmation email, no member number etc. I sent an email to the contact on the website but I did not receive a response?
Should I get an email with my member number or will I get a package in the mail? The website asks for a member number to register on it but alas I cannot as I don't have one. ![]() edit: I sent my email to modernwedgie@yahoo.com, which is the address the PayPal payment went to.

Membership was transferred over to Steve W this last month. Modern W is busy with other things.
You should be receiving something soon.

If Modern W is "busy with other things" you might consider having someone who is not "busy with other things" as the contact receiving payment etc.
I realize it is just a club and not a business, but if I bought something from a business online and was told they were "busy with other things" after they accepted payment I'd be pretty pissed off.Anyway, should I expect something electronic or normal mail? PS After I submitted payment it just dumped me to a PayPal page. You might want to have it return back to a page that indicates the payment was received and what happens next.

I am trying to tell you that there appears to be an error. Payment was going to the paypal account of treasurer@club111.net. I will have to research how mw's email comes into play in regards to the payment.
As a secondary note, she is not the resource for resolution, Steve W is. That was my point about her being to busy, to try to explain the change and why her email may not work if you send an email to her at that address. I was not saying that in a way you seemed to have received it. I will pass on the note about the paypal dumpage also and also review the contact information. There is a welcome packet that is sent via regular mail. The club staff intended on dealing with some administrative logistics, but we have all struggled to find a common time to deal with these things. Apologies for that. I have barely had time to sleep in the last few weeks. Oh wait.. I get up in 5 hours for a race. Later!!

I sent my membershipship application and money to Lillie over four months ago and I still haven't heard a thing. I don't know if Lillie even received my money or where it might be now.
I guess I will keep on waiting. Now that I mentioned it, my membership card will show up tomorrow in my mailbox. LOL! |

All currently paid memberships were sent their kit as of last week. Give it a couple of days and if you don't have anything, contact me and I'll sort it out.

Not to worry! I sent mine 2 years ago and haven't received anything yet.
What are you expecting? A decoder ring?

Seriously, I thought this was a California thing. Where do you get more information about the club?

As mentioned earlier on in the thread, I'm in charge of membership, and also as mentioned I believed that I had brought everything up to date and that everyone who had paid should have a membership package.
The membership package contains at a minimum a membership card, a letter of welcome, and a graphic for your lotus. At times when we have extras to give away I include those. The last batch I sent out had calendars frm Lotus international that were left over from the WCLM. In the interests of fixing anyone's problem with membership, please PM me with the name you used on the Palpal account. Then I can track things down and see whether your stuff got lost in the post, I maaged to skip you for some reason, or your payment did not show up. Sorry, I didn't see this thread earlier. |

Let's see.....a membership card, welcome letter and a graphic, but still no mention of the decoder ring. Must be out of them.
Glad I got mine early!
