NE Part is still on!
On behalf of Robert (Wallabyguy) I'm going to be handling the holiday party. Robert told me he's gonna kill me if this party doesn't happen so I'm gonna need all your help to make sure it does happen!!! If you had previously PM'd Robert about your intent to attend please PM me so I can get an idea of who is coming. Plus I've got to get a true head count for the polyanna (Secret Santa - I didn't know either) and get everyone their person.

I got your message but your mailbox was full. Awesome news and its not too late. I'm not sure where people are staying. I'm driving home that night because of new kittens that we don't want to leave alone with the X-Mass tree. That's the other reason I posted it was to see what other people may be doing. Anyone else? |

I cleaned out my mailbox a bit. It looks like I'm a definite, wife is a maybe. Is Stan going? If my wife doesn't go, I'd have no problem taking someone else from the Philly area up with me, too.

The good news is I'll be in Puerto Rico with my lovely wife on the 18th ... the bad news is that you all scheduled the party on the wrong day

Yeah, I need some fact too. Address, time it'll start, end? Places to stay around there? MW said it's near the border of Conn anf NY, but that's probably not exact enough for me to find it..

This is the tentative plan that I will have ironed out in the next day.
Then our holiday party will be December 18th at 11:00 am with, and this is to be confirmed, a tour of Hunting Ridge Motorsports followed by a drive to Old Saybrook and a early afternoon lunch/ dinner dock side at a seafood restaurant. Also, we will be having a "polyanna" or Secret Santa. That's why I need a finalized list so I can send everyone who there person is. More details to follow soon. |

How late will this go? Don't say as long as you want, just an idea. Like everyone generally heads out at 5 PM or something. I may just drive back home Saturday night as opposed to spending a night in a hotel. thanks.
Edit-got directions from Mapquest. Not bad-only 3 hours for me. See y'all on the 18th.

This will be my first post since the accident. Sorry if it's short but it's hard to type. Anyway, I encourage all of you to come out. It would mean alot to me. Stephanie, my wife, and my business partner are planning to attend in my absence.
I will write more someother time, but thank you all so much for your kind words and outpouring of support. It has really made a difference to me during these difficult times. May God bless and keep you all.
