Help! Broken Fob Cannot Start Car!

My car keys have been working pretty poorly recently and i had to hit the unlock button several times within 2ft to get the car to unlock and then finally it stopped working. I thought I had the code to re program the car but lost it apparently during the last time cleaning the car. I thought it would be a battery issue as this has happend in the past, so i took apart the key and the led wouldnt work and it does work with the new battery, but the car does not respond. I have looked at the sticky here regarding how to do start the car with that code, but I do not have it anymore Any suggestions how to get my car started? Luckily its in my driveway stuck

Sounds like you need to resync the remote.
REMOTE KEY FOB - RESYNCHRONIZATION - USE WHEN EXISTING REMOTE CEASES TO WORK
1) Remove battery & wait 10 seconds before re-installing (re-sync can fail if this step is missed)
2) Hold down both buttons (LED will light) for approx.10 seconds until LED turns off.
3) Release both buttons and LED will turn on constantly.
4) Press large button for one second, LED will flash…re-sync. complete

Or you can use your PIN number to turn off the alarm/immobilizer.
STEP 1 – ENTER PIN NUMBER
1) Turn ignition ON and OFF 3 times within 5 seconds.
2) Tachometer security LED will blink once indicating that the security code can now be entered.
3) Enter security code as follows:
....a) Turn ignition ON & count number of blinks representing 1st digit of code then turn ignition OFF.
....b) Repeat for 2nd digit.
....c) Repeat for 3rd digit.
....d) Repeat for 4th digit.

You can also buy my alarm/immobilizer/CDL override which was designed for use in your circumstances when the remote fails and BTW it also unlocks the doors. Alarm/Immobilizer/CDL Emergency Overide

BTW, where is your 2nd remote, you really need two (I have new ones for sale also)

for the RESYNCHRONIZATION part, once i put the battery back in after 10 seconds, the led doesnt turn on automatically. Its not until i push a button that the light goes on and holding both down for 10 seconds does the same thing. Ive resynced my fob before and its not working for some reason. I dont have a second key fob it was lost and I know dont have the pin #

That's right, the LED does not light until you press both buttons down.
After 10 secs it should go off, are you saying this is not happening?
If this is not happening you must get the PIN from a dealer and two new remotes.

You must have the PIN and a 2nd remote, which I have if you want.
