How sensitive is the alarm?

I've had my alarm go off twice the last 3 weeks. I don't think it's the battery (didn't measure it, but the car has no problems firing up), but I think it's being activated by animals. The alarm went of Sunday afternoon and when I drove the car there was a spider inside the cabin.

Is the interior alarm sensitive enough to pick up the movement of insects, etc?

After 14k posts I guess I don't have to ask if your interior light is in the down position? Sometimes my wife leaves mine up and throws me off for a little bit.

The number of times the security light flashes indicates what triggered the alarm, 2 flashes indicates the Microwave. I doubt a spider, even close to the Microwave could set it off, however the sensitivity can be adjusted.
Cheers,
Michael
