Key with Lotus Badge Mod
I recently brought a BWR racing Uni-key. The key seems to be alittle bit too plain. I have a Lotus pin tie-tac badge sitting on my desk for over a year. And my thought is why not give a trial to put it on the key. Here is my mod. I hope the instruction is not too hard to follow. Please do not hesitate to provide comments.
Parts required (Picture 1):
Instruction (30 minutes work + 24 hours wait):
P/S: Not sure if anyone has the same problem. I use two molding tape (with foam) on the carbon fibre plate to help better feel on pushing the buttons (Picture 9) Last edited by LotuShii : 10-22-2009 at 11:08 AM. |

I like the key mod.
foam pieces are a better idea than what I did. I took a blade an cut away the plastic frame on the inside so the buttons could be more easily pressed. So yeah, I had that problem also.
